MINDBODY CENTERING YOGA

is a heart-centered lifestyle practice, founded upon integrity, sustainability, mindfulness, authentic expression, holding balance, and awakening to one’s infinite possibility.

It is an accessible Yoga Therapy practice, that has supported hundreds of people from all walks of life to access their true potential, and find their personal sanctity.

MindBody Centering Yoga is open to everyone, regardless of yoga experience, background, physical abilities, or belief system.

Bart teaches three times a week at Hillsborough Yoga, and three times a week at Patanjali’s Place. Join him for an early morning fun physical practice on Tuesdays & Thursdays, a late afternoon Centering class on Wednesdays, Yoga for Men on Thursday nights, an open flow class (with Nina Be) on Friday evenings, or a Level II Vinyasa class on Sundays. He also offers Mindfulness Workshops in corporate environments, and is available for Mindfulness Coaching, private Yoga & Yoga Therapy for anyone who is looking for ways to find ease in dealing with everyday stresses and anxieties. We just finalized 501(c)(3) status of our global charitable organization LiveGlobally. All of our work is rooted in the belief that we can all make a difference in alleviating the suffering of others. A portion of the proceeds from all yoga classes & immersions goes towards LiveGlobally.
