MIND BODY CENTERING YOGA

It is an accessible Yoga Therapy practice, that has supported hundreds of people from all walks of life to access their true potential, and find their personal sanctity.

Mind Body Centering Yoga is open to everyone, regardless of yoga experience, background, physical abilities, or belief system.

 

Mind Body Centering Yoga is based in the Triangle area of NC. We will be starting our next Teacher Training / Immersion in Durham on Friday, February 10, 2012. For more information and to register click here.

Nina is offering a 50 hour Body Centering Yoga Therapy Foundation Certifications course, starting Saturday, February 18, 2012. This is an essential aspect of the RYT-500 Body Centering Yoga Therapy program (which starts in the fall of 2012). We will be covering important new concepts in positive psychotherapy, mindfulness and conscious anatomy. For more information, and to register, click here.

Beginning Saturday, February 4, 2012, Nina will offer a weekly BCY community yoga class at the Bahama Barn. Class is from 10:00-11:30 AM, and is followed by an optional silent community potluck vegetarian lunch. The address for the Barn is 2120 Becky Drive, Bahama, NC  27503. Nina meets privately with clients for Yoga & Yoga Therapy. She is currently finalizing the opening of the first Yoga Therapy Clinic in Raleigh.
